At Traver Wellness, I believe weight loss and wellness don’t have to be lonely journeys. Twice a year, I offer seasonal programs that bring women together for faith-based encouragement, accountability, and practical tools to build lasting health.

These programs are a great way to reset your habits, gain momentum, and experience the power of community support—all while keeping Christ at the center.

Start Strong (January–March)
A 90-day program designed to help you begin the year with focus, faith, and consistency. Over 12 weeks, you’ll set meaningful goals, build healthy eating habits, and create a foundation of daily routines rooted in grace.

Perfect for women who want a structured reset and faith-filled accountability.


Stay Strong (June–August)
A summer reset focused on hydration, whole foods, confidence, and balance. Each week you’ll receive simple strategies, encouragement, and accountability to stay consistent—even during busy summer months.

Perfect for women who want to feel confident, energized, and aligned with their faith through the summer season.

1. How long is each program?
Start Strong runs for 90 days (January–March). Stay Strong runs for 8–10 weeks during the summer (June–August).

2. How is the program delivered?
Each week, you’ll receive new content, tools, and coaching prompts. We’ll connect through a private WhatsApp group for accountability and encouragement.

3. Do I have to be available at specific times?
No! You can engage at your own pace. All materials are accessible throughout the program.

4. How is this different from 1:1 coaching?
Programs provide structure and community in a group setting, while coaching is fully personalized and year-round. Many women start with a program and then move into coaching for deeper support.

5. Is this only for women?
Yes—my programs are designed for women who want to integrate faith into their weight loss journey.

6. What if I can’t finish the program?
You’ll have access to all materials for the duration of the program. Even if life gets busy, you can still benefit from the community and tools.
