My journey with health and wellness began out of personal necessity. Like many, I faced years of struggling with weight loss, thyroid issues, and various health complications, including a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Disease, pre-diabetes, and gestational diabetes. After a high-risk pregnancy and the traumatic experience of giving birth seven weeks early due to severe Preeclampsia and HELLP Syndrome, I knew I needed to make serious changes.

In 2015, I embarked on a journey to improve my health, transforming my lifestyle through small, sustainable steps. I initially saw success through a structured program that helped me lose 54 pounds and regain my energy. Yet, over time, I recognized that restrictive diets and calorie counting weren’t sustainable solutions for lifelong health. I was inspired to learn more about balanced, holistic wellness and support others who faced similar challenges.

I founded Traver Wellness in 2018 with a mission to help people achieve health and well-being in ways that align with their unique needs and goals. Through certifications as a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Personal Wellness Coach, and Lifestyle & Weight Management Specialist, I am equipped to guide my clients beyond just nutrition and exercise. Instead, I focus on a faith-centered approach to integrative health that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.

Travel Wellness has been nothing but a blessing to me. Before i went to them, i was a HIGH risk of diabetes and an unhealthy living. I worked with Anne to kickstart my healthy eating. She is very knowledgeable and had a lot of helpful tips. The tracker and worksheets were very insightful. The accountability with using a coach is just what I needed!
