This is 1:1 coaching designed to help you:

Through weekly coaching calls and daily accountability, you’ll gain the tools, encouragement, and support to move forward with confidence—in body, mind, and spirit.


Every coaching package (3, 6, or 9 months) includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls (45 minutes via Zoom or phone) – personalized support for nutrition, mindset, and faith.
  • Daily Accountability – ongoing check-ins between sessions so you never feel alone in the process.
  • Private Clients-Only WhatsApp Group – encouragement, prayer support, and community with others on the same journey.
  • Faith-Based Nutrition Tracking – my Nutrition Tracker (digital or printed) to help you reflect on food, emotions, and faith—without calorie counting.
  • Spiritual Encouragement – devotionals, scripture, and prayer woven into your journey.
  • Practical Wellness Tools – journal prompts, habit trackers, and reflection exercises tailored to your goals.

Who is faith-based weight loss coaching for?

Coaching is for women who are ready to lose weight in a sustainable way while integrating their faith into the process. Whether you’ve struggled with dieting, emotional eating, or consistency, this program helps you create habits rooted in grace, not guilt.

Do I have to be Christian to work with you?

My coaching is faith-based and Christ-centered, so I weave prayer, scripture, and spiritual encouragement into our work. While most of my clients are Christian women, if you’re open to a faith approach, you’re welcome here.

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching starts at $150/month. You can choose 3, 6, or 9 months of support, depending on the level of accountability you’re looking for. Payment options include monthly billing, or pay in full and receive one month free.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked?

You’re not alone—that’s the story of many of my clients before starting coaching. The difference here is that we don’t rely on fad diets or quick fixes. Together we’ll focus on mindset, daily habits, and God’s truth—so your weight loss journey becomes sustainable and grace-filled.

What kind of accountability will I receive?

You’ll get weekly coaching calls, daily check-ins, and access to my private WhatsApp group just for clients. That means ongoing encouragement, prayer, and real-time support to help you stay consistent.

Do you create meal plans?

Instead of strict meal plans, I’ll teach you how to use my Nutrition Tracker to reflect on food, emotions, and faith. I also provide recipe ideas, templates, and strategies for building balanced meals that work for your lifestyle.
